Please take note of our Cancellation and Sickness Policies below – we really appreciate your business and understanding.

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy to ensure everything runs smoothly and we can respectfully complete all of our scheduled cleans.

➡️ Any cancellations or rescheduling with LESS THAN 4 HOURS notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee payable prior to your next clean. If we are unable to gain access to the property 100% of the scheduled service fee will apply.⬅️

Sickness Policy

Winter is here along with lots of nasty bugs & flus 🦠🤒 Please familiarise yourself with our sickness policy. This way we can keep our families and clients safe and be able to continue cleaning with minimal downtime.

➡️ If you or anyone in your household falls sick please advise as soon as possible so we can reschedule your clean. Less than 4 hours notice will incur a 50% charge and if we arrive to a sick household we will unfortunately have to leave and charge the full cleaning fee.⬅️
